College Pathway Program
Sporting Delaware will provide a 'College Pathway Program' for all high school families at the club. Players will be provided resources to help navigate the process from their Freshmen year of High School until they transition to their Freshmen year of College. Sporting Delaware is dedicated to helping provide an elite platform of resources and connections to ensure every player has the opportunity to play at the collegiate level if they desire.

- College Pathway Advisor will help provide families templated emails to assist with communication to college coaches
- College Pathway Advisor will help families select proper ID Clinics to attend
- College Pathway Advisor will send out emails prior to major showcases, tournaments and other club events to local college coaches
- Families will have access to a shared platform to communicate and upload their personal recruiting information that will be tracked by coaching staff and directors

Fit Finder
Sporting Delaware is excited to announce our partnership with College Fit Finder for our high school age groups in an effort to further assist our players in connecting them to the collegiate level.
As we strive to engage players, parents, and our own staff in the recruiting process, the club is providing this robust tool to all high school aged player and family.
The College Fit Finder provides our players with a competitive advantage over a typical student-athlete navigating the recruiting process. This comprehensive system allows for individuals to take ownership of their future by equipping them with tools necessary to find a home at the college level. As a club, we are committed to not only player development, but truly being a catalyst in helping our players fulfill their dreams of playing collegiate athletics and accessing higher education. The College Fit Finder will provide uniformity to the club's recruiting efforts and will allow for our coaching staff to take a much more personal approach in helping our athletes throughout the process.
