Director of Player Development, Marketing & Communications
Tyler Bastianelli joins Sporting Delaware as the Director of Marketing & Communications as well as a Director of Player Development. Mr. Bastianelli has a demonstrated history working in the sports industry including being the Marketing Director of the Future Soccer Stars Foundation, a non-profit that introduces children to soccer through complimentary programming that uses soccer as a tool to inspire kids to believe and invest in themselves.
Tyler Bastianelli is the Director of Talent Identification and ODP for Delaware Youth Soccer Association (DYSA). Mr. Bastianelli has experience scouting for the Philadelphia Union Academy and coaching within the Pre-Academy system.
Mr. Bastianelli earned a Bachelors of Arts focused in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds a United States Soccer Federation “C” License.
